Great location near main sights. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of options. Helpful and friendly staff. Offered late checkout at reasonable price.
Some rooms were noisy. Air conditioning had to be turned on by reception and had a strange smell.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with many major attractions within walking distance and the convenience of a nearby metro station. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring all my needs were met throughout my stay. Lastly, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a spacious bed and a small balcony to relax on. this hotel provided great value for money and an enjoyable experience.
The only minor improvement that could be made would be to enhance the cleanliness of the breakfast utensils.

Fantastic base to explore the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit all the interesting places in the city. It's just a short walk to Gran Via, the main shopping street, and other popular sights like Plaza del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The Noviciado metro station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms werenice and neat, with a nice bathroom and a bath. Breakfast was standard but good, with great coffee. I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it.
